Estimated Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 1–12 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, delivery may take an additional 1–10 weeks, depending on whether the shipment is domestic or international.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the European Union (EU).
Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Please allow additional time for delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, global conflicts, or COVID-19–related disruptions.
All orders are fulfilled via USPS or UPS and ship from the United States. Depending on your country’s tax laws, you may be charged customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon delivery. Happy Olive Studio LLC is not responsible for these charges.
Customs & Import Taxes
International (non-USA) buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, and import taxes. Happy Olive Studio LLC is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or customs charges incurred upon delivery of your order.
Returns & Damaged Items Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can evaluate the situation and help make things right. Happy Olive Studio LLC must be notified within 3 days of delivery, as determined by tracking information (if applicable).
Depending on available stock, a replacement may be offered, but replacements are not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including typographical errors), the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs if a replacement or reshipment is requested.
